Digitalisation
Urminor OÜ is improving the efficiency of its work processes.
The project “Urminor OÜ Digitalisation Roadmap” has been completed and received support from European Union funds. The grant amount is €8,400. The aim of preparing the digitalisation roadmap was, through analysis of the company’s existing activities and processes, to develop opportunities to optimise work processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
Digital transformation project: “Urminor OÜ Digital Transformation” received support from European Union funds.
Project objective:
The objective is to expand the company’s production capabilities, thereby attracting new clients and increasing sales volumes, to introduce cost and profitability accounting, and to make internal processes more efficient.
As a result of the project, the previous mechanical and manual work will be replaced with more productive, software-controlled equipment; data flows will be moved from paper to digital; and new production data will be collected.
